I am now an official Starbucks Learning Coach! I took the class yesterday and it really wasn't bad at all. We pretty much learned how to connect and deal with the different learning styles. So basically now I'll be coaching and training new baristas. I'm one step closer to becoming a shift supervisor!


If you haven't done so already, make an entry for the JaneTV Mousepad Project! I'm in DIRE need of a new mousepad (well, not DIRE, but pretty close). Mine is the default blue Dell pad and its bent up and extremely thin. I'm having a contest for anyone to design me a new one. The only thing you have to do is submit a picture to my email! I'll take care of the rest! If I like the design, I will create one and use it in my show! Plus... if you win, you'll get a copy sent to you as well! Designs can be anything!
